Course Overview

Hybrid working gives employees more flexibility over their working location and schedule. Different members of your team may work in the office, remotely or a combination of the two. 

This creates challenges, but also many opportunities to work together in a smarter way.

In this course, we’ll discuss some of the challenges of collaborating while you’re hybrid working. Next, we'll learn how to run effective hybrid meetings and look at some powerful collaboration tools. Finally, we’ll talk about how to create a hybrid-friendly company culture.

The course also includes a short assessment, so learners can test their mastery of the material.
