Overview

This course ensures the learner is working to current moving and handling guidelines, and alleviates any poor techniques that they may have adopted, therefore minimising the risk of injury to themselves. Suited to all staff in the workplace, this course covers the basics of stance, posture and team handling in a safe and effective manner.
