Lone Working
Overview
This course describes the lone worker and employer responsibilities for reducing risks associated with lone working. It highlights the importance of dynamic risk assessments and other safety practices and procedures that can help keep lone workers safe whether they are working at a fixed site or away from base.
Objectives

- Outline the responsibilities you and your employer have for lone worker safety
- Identify safety practices and procedures to keep yourself safe
- Recognise signs of aggression and violence and use de-escalation techniques
