Equality and Diversity
Overview
All aspects of Equality and Diversity are covered under this course, containing the following modules:
Overview: This module focuses on an overview of Equality & Diversity in the Workplace with special reference to the terms that will be used and an examination of the relevant law.
Age: We will look at the Equality Act on age discrimination as it applies to all the stages of employment and use some case
Disability: We will look at how the Equality Law applies to disability at all stages of employment and use some case studies to see the law in action.
Gender Reassignment: We will look at discrimination and the Equality Act as it applies to gender reassignment at all the stages of employment.
Marriage and Civil Partnership: We will look at how the Equality Act 2010 applies to Marriage and Civil Partnership at all the stages of employment and use some case studies to see the law in action.
Pregnancy and Maternity: We will look at how the Equality Law applies to pregnancy and maternity at all the stages of employment and use some case studies to see the law in action.
Race: This module in the Equality and Diversity in the Workplace series covers Race. We will look at how the Equality Act 2010 applies to race at all stages of employment and use some case studies to see the law in action.
Religion Or Belief: This module in the Equality and Diversity in the Workplace series covers Religion or Belief (including philosophical belief). We will look at the Equality Law and discrimination as they apply to Religion or Belief at all stages of employment. Case studies will be used to show the Equality Law in action.
Sex: This module in the Equality and Diversity in the Workplace series covers sex. We will look at discrimination and the Equality Law on sex as it applies to all the stages of employment and use some case studies to see the law in action.
Sexual Orientation: This module in the Equality and Diversity in the Workplace series covers Sexual Orientation. We will look at discrimination and the Equality Law in reference to sexual orientation as it applies to all the stages of employment and use some case studies to see the law in action.
