De-escalation is a hugely important skill, particularly at the moment. The coronavirus pandemic has had a huge impact in everyone’s lives, and now, more than ever, its easy for people to get frazzled and emotions to swing out of control. This module looks at how to de-escalate situations - and looks in-depth at an example of a customer who refuses to wear a face mask in a retail shop.
