Course Overview

The delegate will learn how to complete a simple workplace risk assessment.

By the end of this module the delegate can:

• State the legal requirements for risk assessment
• Identify the HSE ‘Five Steps to Risk Assessment’
• Define the hierarchy of risk controls
• Recommend suitable precautions to eliminate hazards or otherwise control risks that hazards pose in the workplace
