Overview

Designed to raise awareness of the work young carers do, and the issues they face, our Young Carer Aware eLearning course helps the learner understand what they can do to further support young carers in our communities.

• Understand what work young carers undertake
• Understand the Children & Families Act and Care Act
• Understand the issues young carers face
• Understand ways of supporting young carers

About the Course

This course provides everyone with a practical understanding of young carers and their needs. It also signposts all the sources of support that are available to help them enjoy a happy, fulfilling childhood.
