Overview

Manual handling is an everyday occurrence for most of us, both in the workplace and at home but it is one of the major causes of workplace accidents.

Objectives

At the end of the course, trainees will be able to:

• Talk about effective techniques to lift and handle loads safely
• Explain the importance of assessing and reducing manual handling risks.
