Overview

This activity explores the possible risks when using devices and removable media and what measures you should take to protect sensitive information.

This course forms part of the Access Group’s latest range of cyber security training. It is accredited and endorsed by the UK’s National Cyber Security Centre (NCSC), an organisation with a mission to make the UK the safest place to live and work online

Objectives

On completing this activity, you will be able to:

• Recognise the techniques cybercriminals use to gain unauthorised access to data and devices,
• Identify the risks of using personal devices and removable media to sensitive organisation data,
• Store, share and use information and storage devices securely, and
• Protect your devices from unauthorised access.
