Overview

This Learning pathway supports you and your organisation to confidently ‘blow the whistle’ to expose misconduct and wrongdoing through championing a speak up culture.  

You’ll learn about your legal rights and responsibilities when making a disclosure, how and to whom you can report wrongdoing and what protection you have when doing so.

• define your rights and responsibilities when making a disclosure, and,
• promote a speak-up culture within your firm.
