Overview

This course offers a comprehensive introduction to the Construction (Design and Management) Regulations (CDM) 2015. This course covers the essential roles, responsibilities, and documentation required to ensure health, safety, and welfare, throughout the lifecycle of a construction project.

Learners will gain a clear understanding of the core duties of clients, designers, and contractors under CDM.

• Recognise who the duty holders are under CDM regulations and the responsibilities of the duty holders.
• Identify Pre-Construction Information to be shared key parties
• Describe the Construction Phase Plan
• Describe the key purpose and main contents of a Health and Safety File.
