Overview

This course has been developed in partnership with Sophie Murray, subject matter expert in Nutrition & Hydration. Together, we aim to raise the profile of dysphagia to prevent serious choking incidents or malnourishment.

Objectives

This training will enable learners to:

  • List the causes, signs, symptoms and consequences of dysphagia
  • Identify types of texture modification and fluid thickness
