VUCA, Agile, Scrum

Overview

VUCA (Volatility, Uncertainty, Complexity and Ambiguity) - This term describes the constant, unpredictable change that many businesses are going through. This requires a different style of leadership to the traditional and a fresh outlook to engage and empower others.

Agile - Agile management is an approach where project requirements and solutions evolve through the collaboration of selforganising, cross-functional teams, and the customers or end users.

Scrum - Scrum provides a framework for helping teams work together effectively, address complex issues and work towards well-defined goals. It’s based on the three pillars of transparency, inspection, and adaptation and the idea that knowledge comes from experience and making decisions based on what is known.

This course provides learners with the skills, knowledge and key tools they need to work in uncertain environments and manage and control their business outputs.
